Clinic Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling policy:

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service feee. Missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to honor the time we set aside for you and accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the remaining treatment time. However, sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time and will be charged in full. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

insurance:

TRNQL Acupuncture is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your coverage for acupuncture services.

Privacy:

Your personal health information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We respect your privacy and will never share your information without your consent.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the conclusion of each session. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards (HSA/FSA cards are not accepted).

Prepaid treatment packages, gift cards, and herbal products are non-refundable. Unopened herbal products may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Scope of Practice

Our licensed acupuncturist provides care through acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. While these services can support your overall health and wellness, TRNQL Acupuncture does not replace primary or emergency medical care. Please consult your physician for urgent medical needs.
